U.S. orders must be received before 12 noon in the delivery time zone to assure same day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

Sunday Deliveries: We deliver ONLY to funeral homes on Sundays. To Guarantee a Sunday funeral delivery we must receive the order by 1:00 pm Saturday. Other types of orders will be delivered on Monday or the next business day.

If no one is home at the delivery address, we will leave a tag on the door asking the recipient to call to set a time for delivery. We will only leave flowers if we are given permission.

We will do our best to accommodate requests for deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee times.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
